AGE GROUP: 12 – 16
This class takes teens through the foundations of resistance training. A criteria based approach, by which our students develop competencyand muscle tone, enhancing resilience for sports and posture. Your teens will learn to lift weights with sound technique, going through sequential training phases and all competency based.
Monday to Thursday : 6:00AM – 8:00PM
Friday : 6:00AM – 6:00PM
Saturday : 6:00AM – 12:30PM
