Home/Athletes Program
Are you an athlete looking to get stronger, move faster and improve your physical performance?
At ATHLETIX Human & Sports Performance, our Strength & Conditioning coaches work with developing, competitive and professional athletes across Cricket, Rugby, AFL, Football, Netball, Basketball and Track & Field.
Strength. Speed. Power. Acceleration. Movement capacity. Physical robustness.
No random workouts. No generic athlete programs.
Your training should reflect the physical demands of your sport, your training history and the qualities you need to develop.
We structure training around your current physical capacity, sporting demands, competition calendar and individual development priorities.
The goal is simple: train with purpose and progress over time.
Every athlete develops differently.
Our role is to identify what needs improving, build the necessary physical foundations and progressively develop the qualities that support sporting performance.
Whether you are a developing athlete trying to make the next team or competing at a high level, your program is built around what you need.
ATHLETIX brings together Strength & Conditioning coaches, Sport Scientists, Exercise Physiologists, Sports Physios and Sport Dietitian within an integrated training and rehabilitation environment.
This allows physical preparation, injury rehabilitation and return-to-performance planning to be better connected when required. And We’re proud to partner with Lax N Lounge to support our athletes’ recovery through infrared sauna, ice bath, hot magnesium plunge and Normatec boots. Professional standards should not be reserved for professional athletes.
Good programming starts with understanding the athlete.
Using HAWKIN DYNAMICS technology and established performance testing protocols, we assess qualities including Force expression (strength, power, reactive strength) as well as asymmetries and capacity to accept loads. Testing data is interpreted alongside your sport, training history and coaching observations to identify priorities and guide programming.
We do not test athletes simply to produce numbers. We test to make better training decisions.

The purpose of the ATHLETIX Athlete Program is to provide a structured physical development system around the athlete, allowing them to focus on their sport while we manage the progression of their strength, speed, power and overall physical preparation.
We primarily support developing and sub-elite athletes looking to improve performance, gain a competitive edge and prepare for higher levels of competition.
For elite athletes, we also provide targeted support in specific areas such as speed, agility, power development and return to performance, using evidence-informed strength and conditioning and sports science practices.
Our Athlete Membership requires a minimum 12-month commitment. This allows us to manage training progressions, workload and physical development across different phases of the sporting year, while consistently monitoring the athlete's progress.
Meaningful athletic development takes time. A longer-term approach gives us the opportunity to adjust training around competition demands, address specific physical priorities and make a measurable impact on overall performance.
Return to Sport programs may vary depending on the individual case and stage of rehabilitation.
As part of the athlete membership, we offer comprehensive support and resources. This includes personalized programming, careful workload management, weekly physical testings to monitor progress, and weekly one-on-one sessions with our performance coaches. Additionally, athletes have full access to our gym facilities and classes.
Our performance coaches work closely with each athlete to develop personalized programming that aligns with their goals, strengths, and weaknesses. We consider factors such as age, skill level, specific sport requirements, and any previous injuries or limitations. This individualized approach helps maximize the athlete's potential and address their unique needs.
Participation in the weekly physical testings is highly encouraged as it allows us to assess the athlete's progress and make necessary adjustments to their training program.
Having access to our gold standard testing equipment from Vald is a major asset that you do not want to miss on. However, we understand that certain circumstances may prevent an athlete from attending. In such cases, alternative arrangements can be made to ensure their progress is still monitored effectively.
There are no strict age restrictions for our program. We welcome both adult and youth athletes who are committed to improving their performance. However, for youth athletes, we may require parental consent and involvement in the decision-making process.
Athletes with pre-existing injuries or medical conditions can still join our program. However, it is essential for us to have a clear understanding of their medical history and any restrictions or modifications required.
If the athlete joins after sustaining an injury, we can help too. Athletix Team is in contact with the top sports physicians and orthopedic surgeons in Queensland.
Our in-house elite Allied Health team, can help finding the best solution to the athletes problems, making sure they can get back on their feet in the quickest and safest possible way.
This information will enable us to develop a safe and effective training program tailored to their specific needs.
That is going to be a tough choice.. as all our coaches possess unparalleled expertise and knowledge in the field of S&C.
We appreciate the significance of assigning you the right coach for the task, overseeing your physical performance.
That is why, we appoint as your coach manager, the coach who holds the most relevance and expertise in your particular sport.
Overall, we employ a fluid system that allows coaches to step in as needed for specific aspects of the program, such as speed mechanics, strength and power training, return to sport protocols, or Olympic lifting techniques.
